At Houndier, we take care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
Houndier currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our supported delivery areas cannot be fulfilled.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
During periods of increased order volume, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
Available shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Delivery estimates begin once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and do not include order processing time.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Houndier will comply with applicable shipping and delivery requirements, including providing appropriate notices and refund options when required by law.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking system after receiving your package.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact hello@houndier.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address corrections before shipment. However, once an order has been transferred to the carrier, changes may not be possible.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may apply where permitted by law.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contains broken or leaking products, or is missing an item, contact us at hello@houndier.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging where reasonably available.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Please retain damaged products and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information and assist with the next steps.
8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Houndier because of an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or other delivery issue, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested due to incorrect customer-provided information, where permitted by law.
Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
